Privacy notice
This portal records when you start and finish work, your general working location, site visits and safety confirmations so that the organisation can support lone working and account for staff in an emergency. It does not track your location continuously. Your organisation's privacy notice explains the lawful basis, retention periods and your rights.
What this portal records
- When you start and finish work, and status changes you make (office, remote, travelling, site visit).
- Which office or site you report – never continuous GPS tracking.
- Site visits you are assigned to and their timings.
- Safety reminders, your responses, and any assistance requests.
- An audit log of changes and administrative actions.
Who can see it
Colleagues see only your general status (and you can limit this in Preferences). Managers see operational information for their team. Safety contacts see site, contact and risk details when needed to keep people safe. Home addresses are only shown to safety contacts during an active safety incident.
The organisation is responsible for its lawful basis, retention periods and data-protection compliance; this software provides configurable controls to support that policy.
